# 502 request error and 502 bad gateway

### What issue or error are you experiencing?

when i opened my site its showing 502 request error and sometimes its shows 405 Not Allowed and 502 bad gateway please help me to get my site back

Hey @vish

It looks like it’s trying to go to the `.com` version of the domain. Did you change your Local site to match the domain of a live site? Usually Local sites will end in something like sitename.local or localhost:10058 depending on your Router Mode.

actually i changed my domain name after getting this error, now i tried .local domain too but still its not working

Try changing your Router Mode to Localhost, and then stop and restart the site.

Preferences\>Advanced\>Router Mode
