### What issue or error are you experiencing? Hello, I need some help regarding an issue I encountered while working on a new website. I tried creating the site but received an error message, and I’m not sure what to make of it. Additionally, I attempted to upload a ZIP file, thinking it might resolve the issue, but I received another error message. Could you please help me understand what might be going wrong? Hi @goodman If you create a new, blank site does that work okay? Hi @goodman It seems like there might be a conflict with your OS. Can you try creating a new site with a Custom install and changing the PHP version to see if that makes a difference? ---
