# Cannot access my local WP Sites via Admin or View Site

I get the following messages. I am not techy at all so not at all sure how to troubleshoot it. Any advice would be appreciated.

It seems that your theme, blooming\_marvellous, is missing a file at `wp-content/themes/blooming_marvellous/lib/theme-defaults.php`

TY afragen. I will delete and attempt to do it again. Having testing my other sites that were loading perfectly before I get the following message:

# Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your `wp-config.php` file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at `localhost` . This could mean your host’s database server is down.

- Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
- Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
- Are you sure the database server is running?

I was playing around with localhost trying to troubleshoot another app - have I managed to mess up everything?
