# Cannot activate Plugins

New to Local by Flywheel. Running version 2.1.2 on mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1

I can install plugins, both from the repository and manually but I cannot activate any of them. Tried the suggestions here in the forums but nothing works. I always get the same error after 30-40 seconds:

```
Local Router Error

Our apologies for the inconvenience. The Local router is not able to connect to the site you requested.

We suggest you try the following:

Restart Site - Go to the Local by Flywheel app and restart the site you are attempting to access.
Contact us - If the issue persists please contact us.

```

I’d appreciate any help.

Same here.

Same error and all I have done so far was install local and try to install my first plugin.
