# Cannot create new site

Hello, good morning, try to create a website with the following options: PHP Version: 8.0 and 7.4.1; DataBase in MariaDB10.4.10; WebServer: nginx 1.16.0 and it generates the following error:

The version of Local is: 6.1.8

Operating System (OS) and OS version using: Windows 8

the Local Log is

Hey @mvrmariela – I took a look at the Local log and I’m seeing a few errors that look like the same thing as that popup window:

The specific part I’m curious about is if the file that the error message mentions is actually missing.

Can you navigate to where Local is installed and take a screenshot of what you see?

That location should be here:

```auto
C:\Users\MARIELA\AppData\Local\Programs\Local\resources\extraResources\bin\wp-cli\

```

and you should see a file that’s named `local-wpcli-error-reporting.php`
