I am getting this issue on two different computers, both exactly the same issue, an issue I have never had with wamp. I am on Windows 10. I have read about disabling faster docker, but couldn’t find any topic to do this on windows. The following error is produced:

Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with [WordPress.org](http://WordPress.org) or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the [support forums](https://wordpress.org/support/). (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to [WordPress.org](http://WordPress.org). Please contact your server administrator.) in /app/public/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 164

The above error is when trying to install a plugin from [wordpress.org](http://wordpress.org) directory.

“Download failed. User has blocked requests through HTTP.”

The above error is produced when trying to install from external source.

I cant get anything done, also everything is extremely slow on sites running on Local, i thought it was just me, but two of my friends who use to use it were getting the exact same issue.
