Database Connectivity Issue

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Pulling from staging causes Database Connectivity Issue.


What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

  1. Select the active site
  2. Select Pull. I tried Staging and Production each with files and db and files only. All produced the same effect.
  3. Local site no longer loads but displays Database Connectivity Issue:
    "503

There was a database connection issue


The server was unable to connect to the database. You might try refreshing the page. If you continue to get this message, you should contact the site owner."

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

You might try looking through our performance guide below here to start. Errors like this can sometimes be due to things like resources, plugin/theme issues, or other configuration conflicts.
