When pulling sites from wp-engine all the process is correct until it tryes to install the database. and gives an “Uh-oh! We ran into an issue when pulling from WP Engine”. files seems to be right but don’t create wp-config.php

Hi @magnese! Is this happening when you try to pull any site? Or just a specific one? If it’s happening with any site are you able to try and SSH into any of them and see if that works? That will indicate whether or not it’s a server issue.
As a workaround you should be able to download a backup and direct import that into Local instead:

I was able to ssh with my keys, but local seems to be using other keys. Is it possible to set my keys to be used by local as a default? By the way using the backup worked
Since you’re able to SSH in that rules out a server issue on the WPE side which is good!
I don’t believe the SSH keys are the issue, but you could try completely signing out WPE in Local, closing Local, resetting your API Access in WPE, and then signing back in Local to try and refresh the connection.
