### What issue or error are you experiencing?

Hi Folks, i needed to switch from my old laptop to a pc really fast and i forgot to export the sites (Blueprint and a Project) to .zip or similar.
What i have done is to Copy the “LocalWP” folder where the two things are within.
Is it possible to copy the data (Around 700MB) to a specific location to restore everything or is it all gone?
There is a WordPress folder structure within. “D:\LocalWP\Local Sites\mad-d3sign\app\public\wp-admin” for example.

### What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Forget to make Backups.

Hi @potti

As long as you have everything you need you should be able to manually restore via the steps here:

> **[Import/Export a WordPress Site](https://localwp.com/help-docs/getting-started/how-to-import-a-wordpress-site-into-local/#Manually-Import-a-Local-site)**
>
> This help document will walk you through how to import and export a site to and from Local. It will also go over how to restore from only Local site files. Table of Contents: Local is pretty flexible…

You can also bundle the files back together and make your own zip to import. More details here:
