# Error installing word press on Windows. "To many positional arguments"

To many positional arguments.

_ **Security Reminder** _  
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hello @jmaguillon2 - welcome to the Local community! 👋

I believe the error you are running into is with the username for this site.

Because of how Windows does file pathing, that admin username (Don’t Stop Me) may be causing the issue.

Can you try creating a site with a username that doesn’t have spaces or special characters? You could try something like `test`.
