Could you try the steps here to spin up a Custom environment with a different MySQL version and see if that works?

Thanks for that info, @Faysal_Shipu! Let’s first check if this is specific to MySQL 8.0.35 (the latest version of MySQL that Local supports). You can do that by trying to create a site using the previous version, MySQL 8.0.16: Click the + button (bottom left) to add a new site. Choose “Create a new site” and click “Continue”. I experienced the same problem and I fixed it. Its simple, Ensure your Time setting is correct. That Error happens because MySQL conflicts with the time settion of your pc. Try to Set the date and time correctly, it will work perfectly. Thanks.
