# Error with mysql when trying to create a new site. I'm new

### Issue Summary

I’m creating a new site and I get the error you see in the screenshot.

I don’t have technical knowledge, what can I do?

I was looking at similar questions in the forum but they had no answer

#### Troubleshooting Questions

- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

In all because it is my first installation

- Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

No

#### Replication

I select the “preferred” options that you see in the image and I had this error, but I also downloaded the other versions of PHP and Mysql and in all the error is the same.

- Which version of Local is being used?

Local Version 5.9.7+5156

- What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

Windows 10 Home 64bits
