Are you able to provide the Local version and the Local by Flywheel logs to help troubleshoot further?
See How do I retrieve Local’s log file? for instructions on how to do so.
Otherwise, are you able to confirm that you have VirtualBox installed by checking for the following file: C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe
If this isn’t present, can you manually install/update to VirtualBox 5.2.4? Here’s the direct download link:
