How to change workspace

Issue Summary

I want to change the workspace of a local Project. I changed the location of the HDD and now the path changed where the project, starting with the /local folder, is stored. I saw the “change wokspace” option when right clicking the project, but it is not activated. How can i activate this or what else is todo to change the workspace of a project?
