How to open Local by Flywheel on M1 Mac to update to Local?

Issue Summary

I’m on a new M1 Silicon MacBook Pro. I can’t open Local by Flywheel in order to update to the new Local app. How can I import my existing Local sites?

Using version 3.3.0 of Local by Flywheel (most recent) and 5.9.8 of Local. MacBook running Big Sur 11.2.

I imagine there must be a way to physically move the existing sites (currently in User/Local sites folder, but don’t see any advice or instructions on same.

All help much appreciated!
