How to recover existing sites?

On Mac I upgraded from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 as per instructions, but the sites have gone.
They are still located in Local Sites, but how do I get them back into Local?

Hi Dave,

So sorry for the trouble!

Please navigate to where the sites are located and check /app for an SQL folder.

As long as that exists you can create a new site and then pull in those SQL files using Adminer, Sequel Pro, or whatever tool you wish to use.
