# I am getting an EPERM error message

I am missing the hosts entry and the error says it couldn’t update hosts file.  
What do I do?

Hi Clay,  
I tried everything suggested on the page you linked too included adding an exclusion to Kaspersky AV.  
I still get the same error message though.  
Are their any other steps I can try?
