It looks like the Local installer is having issues trying to find VirtualBox. This might be due to something like a security setting or Antivirus software causing problems.
Can you try temporarily disabling any antivirus and retrying the installation?
You might also try manually installing VirtualBox. Here’s a link to more info on doing that:
If that still doesn’t get Local to be installed, can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log
