Hey @Nisha12345! You can check out this article for help with this issue: [[Windows] Help! I'm getting a BIOS error about VT-X/AMD-v during installation](https://local.getflywheel.com/community/t/windows-help-im-getting-a-bios-error-about-vt-x-amd-v-during-installation/426) .

If this doesn’t help let us know and we can do some further investigation!

Thanks!

Hi @Nisha12345,

If you have a third-party anti-virus or internet security suite, it may be blocking the `hosts` file. If you do, please go through the settings and look for a setting that mentions the `hosts` file. If you don’t see a setting, let us know what security software you’re running and we’ll look into it.

If that’s not the case, the `hosts` file may be set as read-only. Here’s how you can fix that (credit to [Windows 10, can't edit hosts file - Super User](https://superuser.com/a/1003991)):

> 1. Open the c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ folder in your file-manager;
> 2. right-click the hosts file;
> 3. select Properties;
> 4. un-tick Read-Only;
> 5. click Apply;
> 6. click Continue (to perform the action with administrator privileges).

If you wish to access your Local site on another computer you’ll need to use the “Live Link” feature. There’s a button at the bottom of the site panel in Local to enable it. This will generate a temporary URL that you can use on other devices to see your Local site.

As far as that PHP error goes, I would try reinstalling Fusion Builder. If that doesn’t help, go to Preferences » Advanced and disable “Faster Docker Volumes” if it’s enabled.
