Hey, @sarahjustthesolution – Where in the process are things failing? Have you been able to successfully start Local yet? You might need to forcefully stop the Virtual Machine by following the steps in this help doc: [How can I forcefully restart the Local by Flywheel VM?](https://local.getflywheel.com/community/t/how-can-i-forcefully-restart-the-local-by-flywheel-vm/6388) If that doesn’t work, I see that there is a message in the Local log that says: ```auto Jan 3, 2019, 4:53 PM GMT - warn: [main/docker-machine] Unable to start the VM: C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe startvm local-by-flywheel --type headless failed: Jan 3, 2019, 4:53 PM GMT - warn: [main/docker-machine] VBoxManage.exe: error: The virtual machine 'local-by-flywheel' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\adm1n\.docker\machine\machines\local-by-flywheel\local-by-flywheel\Logs\VBoxHardening.log' Jan 3, 2019, 4:53 PM GMT - warn: [main/docker-machine] VBoxManage.exe: error: Details: code E_FAIL (0x80004005), component MachineWrap, interface IMachine ``` Can you attach this file to this post? ```auto C:\Users\adm1n\.docker\machine\machines\local-by-flywheel\local-by-flywheel\Logs\VBoxHardening.log ``` – Ben --- _[View the full topic](https://community.localwp.com/t/issues-installing-flywheel/10311)._
