# LocalWP not working after update to 5.9.7 - Windows

Hi,  
after I updated to latest version of Local by Flywheel (to **5.9.7** ) from 5.9.6 (I think) it’s **not opening the main window** at all. It’s just showing 3 processes in task manager and nothing happens.  
I tried installing older versions and version **5.6.9 works** like it should, but anyting more recent does not. Multiple reinstalls after with deleted files (Program Files, App data, etc..) and still no luck.

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

- Which version of Local is being used?  
5.9.7 not working, 5.6.9 and older works

- What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?  
Windows 10 x64 (20H2)
