Even though I have gone into keychain and TRUSTED the local cert, I still get the message

“Heads-up! Your site is using HTTPS but the Local SSL certificate isn’t trusted.” Yet the site does open up https.

Hi @dkardell! Welcome to the Local Community! 👋

Thank you for bringing your question here.

Just to make certain, have you followed the steps to ensure Local trusts the SSL?

> **[Managing a Local site’s SSL certificate in macOS](https://localwp.com/help-docs/ssl/managing-local-sites-ssl-certificate-in-macos/)**
>
> In most cases, Local makes it easy to get your offline development environment running HTTPS by providing a one-click solution for trusting a site's SSL certificate. Occasionally, if that "trust"

Additionally, what version of Local are you using?

The latest version addressed this issue & is available here:

> **[Releases](https://localwp.com/releases/6.4.1/)**

Thanks!

I am on the latest version of Local but I am still experiencing the SSL issues. I have edited the settings in Keychain Access per the instructions, but am still seeing the privacy error and cannot access any of the lists on Local.

I also completed the troubleshooting steps found here:

> Hi all, Local v6.4.1 is rolling out to users this week after successful Beta testing. There are several goodies to check out in there, including a fix for untrusted SSL issues that users have been experiencing. A huge thank you to the users who helped us test things out, many of them over in the thread here - [Trust SSL certificates in 6.3.1 - #50 by emmtre](http://community.localwp.com/t/trust-ssl-certificates-in-6-3-1/30842/50). In testing, users noticed the fix in Local v6.4.1 was working well for newly created sites, but sites created in previous versions could s…

Hi Austin,

It’s for both sites I created before the update to 6.4.1. I ended up deleted everything again and imposing the sites new and everything is working now.

Thank you,
