Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

This looks like a “maintenance mode” or “coming soon” plugin, which typically show a message to logged-out users but not to admins.

You could check your active plugins and deactivate any coming soon ones if needed. It could also be custom code as part of your active theme or general site-specific plugins — you could deactivate plugins one at a time to find the culprit if it’s not immediately clear.
