Migrating bulk sites from XAMPP so local

Hi,
I have about 100 sites on a XAMPP install and I would like to move them over to Local.
What would be the best and most efficient way?
I can do a sql dump, is there a way to import the database?
Can I then just transfer the files from XAMPP’s htdocs directory?
