Issue Summary
I’m a new user. I downloaded the latest version 6.3.1 and installed it on a Windows 10 desktop. Double clicked the icon, it spins a circle for about 3 seconds and does nothing. I uninstalled, rebooted, tried again. Same issue. Tried installing over the current version again. Same issue. Tried uninstalling, then installing 6.3.0, same issue.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through.
