# Now that Local includes composer, how do i install INTL?

I had to leave Local for MAMP Pro because I needed php intl.  
But MAMP is slow and I miss Local.  
Now that Local includes composer, what should I do to add INTL to PHP on **MacOS** Catalina?

@clay I see that there is libintl.8.dylib, but I cannot use it (NumberFormatter for example).  
intl seems not to be loaded. phpinfo() does not mention it.  
How can I use this PHP extension on MacOSX Catalina?
