# Open Site Shell not working in Lubuntu 20.04

Not working for me either.

Same as described, click on “Open Site Shell” and nothing at all happens.

My o.s. is: Lubuntu 20.04  
Local version: 5.9.9 +5246

Can’t find a local-beta.log file anywhere.

Hey @slacle – Welcome to the Local Community Forums!

I’ve moved your reply to a new topic since the original topic was focused on Mac BigSur. You might not have the Beta version of the log, but this topic in the forms has more info about getting a Local Log for us to look at:

Just updated to Local version 5.10.1+5267 and still site shell not opening.
