# Regenerating Machine Certificates error keeps showing up, sites not accessible

### Issue Summary
Local by Flywheel stuck in a loop with the error: Regenerating Machine Certificates, Local detected invalid Docker Machine TLS certificates and is fixing them now. I was just starting to use Local Lightning and now I want to get all sites from Local by Flywheel to Local Lightning. But at the moment I cannot access the sites in Local by Flywheel. It would be great if I could either fix this issue of have a workaround to get all of the sites in Local Lightning another way.
#### Troubleshooting Questions
Happens for all sites. When clicking a site in Local, it says: Site not found. Uh-oh! The requested site ID does not exist in Local.
Cannot create a new site and/or access it.
#### System Details
- Local 3.3.0
- Windows 10 Pro
- I cannot seem to find the log.
