Single bounce for Dock icon after successful push or pull

The Dock icon should only bounce once when push or pull completes successfully. If there is an error, continuous bouncing is good, but otherwise it’s very annoying. I have to interrupt whatever I’m working on to switch to Local just to get the icon to stop bouncing.
