Using the new Local, my command line now not only uses the crappy Windows command line interface, but also the environment. That means all my \*nix commands (`cd`, `ls`, etc.) no longer work. This is a huge drag!

This feels somewhat related to my issues being [unable to access the database with new Local](https://localbyflywheel.com/community/t/cant-access-database-with-local-5-0-6-on-windows/14976), and again might be solved by allowing windows users to [use Bash or some other better command line](https://localbyflywheel.com/community/t/ability-to-change-windows-ssh-client/3097/10).
