I have the last version of local and I love it. I like to improve how it is working on windows 10. It is like a tortuga when I import existing websites.
I change the virtualBox vm and increase RAM and CPU but still have issues on this.
Any tips or help to improve it?

Local uses hardware-based acceleration to achieve max performance. Most modern computer support this, but sometimes their BIOS have this disabled. If hardware-based performance isn’t available Local falls-back to software-based acceleration which is WAY slower.

If you’re on a computer that’s older than 3 years, try updating your BIOS first.
