Sorry for the trouble importing!
Can you please provide your local-lightning.log file so we can see all the pertinent info? See How do I retrieve Local's log file? for instructions on how to do so.
In the meantime, it may be worth trying to create a fresh site in Local and then utilizing Duplicator’s installer.php to handle the import.
