Uh-oh! Unable to provision site - error message

The zip file I have been provided with will not import into Local 8.2.1. I am using Windows 10 under ESET antivirus software. I have tried disabling ESET and checked that the file is not read-only. A file from the same source installed without difficulty last August. Please help!

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

  1. Please check your Windows username, website name, password, make sure it doesn’t have special characters or space in it.
  2. Make sure that you are not running another web server (IIS - which comes with Visual Studio software) or something which is using port 80.
