Unable to create a new post on local site

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I am trying to test compatibility of our site with mysql 8.0. On the local site when i try to create a new post or try to view pages with credential from the actual site, i get “Invalid login details.”

What can i do to solve this ? Thanks

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Are you talking about your WordPress dashboard user? You could try using the steps in this article to create a new admin user or generate new credentials. If you have a security or user manager plugin that might be getting in the way you could also try deactivating it via CLI.
