Okay, not exactly speedy. So the problem may be with T-Mobile, on whom I rely for tethered internet. So just checking - thought you might want to verify by just clicking on Download and seeing what happens and letting me know.
I have a work around, but your auto system prevents downloading the file with a phone directly. You could give me a direct link to dl the file which would also go 10X faster bc of T-Mobile policy.
