local sites>site>app>mysql completely vanished.
Mysql isn’t working at all. tried a few of the options found on the forum nothing worked.
Is my site completely gone?

From that error log, I’m seeing some things that look like the database has crashed and is corrupted.
Are you able to create new, plain WordPress sites? If so, you might try zipping up this site’s files and try to re-import it into a new Local site so that a new database is created.
If that doesn’t work for you, can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? See this Community Forum post:
