# Unable to install themes and plugins

I am unable to install themes or plugins. I am getting this error: Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate is not yet valid

i am using windows 7 i3- 2ng gen.

site can be accessed with or without https.

Hi @vicky28

Per our minimum requirements, the latest releases of Local require at least Windows 10 (64-bit) to operate. So the issue might be with your OS version (7) which is no longer supported.

If you’re unable to update, you can try grabbing an older release of Local from our page below. You’ll want to go at least prior to v8.0.
