# Unable to provision site. Error: Command failed

### Issue Summary

\_ Uh-oh! Unable to provision site error, when creating a new site.\_

#### Troubleshooting Questions

- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?  
Just when creating new sites, all other sites installed previously are working fine.

- Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?  
No, I can’t create new sites.

#### Replication

1. Create a Site

2. Follow all steps and fill the information

3. When prompted for a password, fill in everything.

4. Then an error appears:

#### System Details

- Local: 5.9.8+5191
- OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.7
