# Unable to Provision site with MySQL error

Hello everybody, I am getting the same error message but I am not having any special characters in the path. How else could I fix this problem then?

Hey @lisa, Welcome to the Local Community Forums and thanks for your patience with this!

I’ve moved your reply to it’s own topic since it seems like a different issue than the one related to special characters in the username.

Can you help zero in on what’s going on by answering a few questions?

- What version of Local are you using?
- What version of Windows is being used?
- Can you please provide your Local Log? See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:

- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one?
- Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site?
