With a DB imported using the cm\_ prefix, I have multiple blogs setup in the DB under cm\_blogs. I would assume clicking this the “Sync Multi-Site Domains to Hosts File” would import those blogs into my etc/hosts file for subdomains.

Not sure if this is because of a non- wp\_ prefix or not, but it’s not picking those domains up. I have to manually add them.

This [Changing Site Domains w. Multisite](https://local.getflywheel.com/community/t/changing-site-domains-w-multisite/92) seems to be related as I did change the domains there using wp replace.
