Unable to Upload Thrive Plugins

I’ve been trying to upload Thrive Leads to my local site, but the upload fails every time.

I’ve tried Restarting Local Machine and upgraded VirtualBox, but that hasn’t helped.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Here is the message I receive when I try to upload:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: thrive-leads-2.0.31.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /app/public/wp-content/plugins/thrive-leads/

Plugin installation failed.

It seems from the error message that you’ve already installed that plugin. If it’s not working, delete the wp-content/plugins/thrive-leads and try installing again.
