# wordpress update problem locally with local by flywheel

please i would like to know how to update local by flywheel. when i create a site i see updating the wordpress version but when i validate it that takes hours and hours to update and it never ends. I would like to know what is happening or I would like to have the latest version of local by flywheel. the version i have is 5.4.1

Are you able to update WordPress from your site’s /wp-admin area?
