Hi. I imported a site and changed the site url and home page url so it works fine when I choose to view the site. However, when I try to access the admin I get a 404 error. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Vanessa,

Is the site using a plugin such as [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/)? If so, the WP Admin button in Local won’t take you to that location. It will only send you to `/wp-admin`.

Interesting. not that I am aware of. I even tried it with a clean install instead of trying to migrate it over from the live site. I ended up just using MAMP to do the build on my local. But I will try to use local on my next project.
