# Xdebug only triggers when site is restarted and Local app's path is not skipped

### Issue Summary

Xdebug only triggers on the first page load after site is started/restarted and only if I don’t skip the Local app’s own path

#### Troubleshooting Questions

- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular? All

- Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser? Yes

Turns out it was due to [https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-57282](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-57282), fixed in PhpStorm version 2020.3.1
