502 Bad Gateway and PHP 7.4.1 - any solution?

the topic already existed, but unfortunately without a proposed solution.

Now I have this problem all of a sudden, without it being obvious to me what I could have changed that could have caused this problem.

It helps only the step back to 7.3.5

Has anyone solved the problem?

For all who need a solution for this:
The cause was an outdated version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, which some other miserable programmed software thought it had to install.

Just download the latest version here and everything works again:
