Ability to modify PHP settings with ease

Hi team

Currently to modify PHP variables and settings it is unclear or hard to find the right path to do a specific task. Like to edit the max_input_vars for specific PHP version.

It is very good and also in my opinion very nessaccery to have a handy link new to php selector or in a main menu, to make changes for each PHP that currnetly selected for a specific local site. And also PHP setting for general PHP versions that impact the other new installations.
