Add phpStorm or "add your own" Terminal App

I would like to be able to integrate my ‘All in one’ editor, JetBrains phpStorm or other terminal enabled tools as options, not just Terminal and iTerm.

I’m not the most efficient in Docker nor Debian for that matter. The VM I migrated from was Ubuntu running in Vagrant. I will dig around in the files, but I would appreciate a tutorial in how to add Bash alias commands to improve efficiency. For example, the terminal is missing styling which i’d added to my machine. I would like a way to customize the interface, make it friendlier.

If I sort this out soon, I’ll post a link from here to a tutorial on GitHub Gist.

Was about to ask for Hyper to be added to the Terminal options, so yeah, this would be useful.
