All sites - This site's Wordpress URL setting do not match the set in Local

Hello
today i reopened Local after the weekend and trying to activate any of the sites inside Local gets this warning:
This site’s Wordpress URL setting do not match the set in Local

If I click on correct it opens the site, but with its domain name, but for example: localhost: 10013.
Each site now opens with a number.

I ask you why this happens?
If I keep working on sites like this, do I risk making mistakes and losing everything?
