Issue Summary

I’m unable to create a site using Apache as the server. I only have one option: nginx

I used to run xampp but I’ve since uninstalled it to mitigate conflicts. I’ve also attempted a reinstall with the same results.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    – This issue persists regardless of scenario: trying to spin up a new site or setting up a new site via blueprint: Apache is not an option.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    – I am able to create a new WP site using nginx and the site operates properly.

Replication

Describe the steps that others can take to replicate this issue. If you have screenshots that can help clarify what is happening, please include them!

Attempt to create a new site, choose custom set up, I observe that nginx is the only web server option.

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    –6.1.0

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    –Win10

  • Attach the Local Log. See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:
    –I do not encounter any errors as I am simply unable to select Apache
