Apps Won't Start after Switching from Pressmatic

After removing Pressmatic and installing Local, I’m getting the following error when trying to start any of my apps:

Error When Starting Site
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the docker daemon running on this host?
Error: failed to start containers: 7cc9e7ba6d7d2337c480a9d51fab250f63fa721ef080e6655ef461df5a702515

After installing a few of the Add-Ons and restarting, apps seem to be starting now.
